Welcome to FlexiHi, the integrated cloud system for sales, inventory, and purchase management. By accessing and using the system, you agree to be bound by all the following terms and conditions:
1. Definitions
- The System: The FlexiHi software and all its online services.
- The User: The business owner or registered employee in the system authorized to use it.
- The End Customer: The consumer or entity receiving products or services from the user's establishment.
- We / The Company: The FlexiHi team responsible for developing and operating the platform.
2. Registration and Use
- The user must be a licensed entity or legally authorized to practice the business activity.
- The user is fully responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of the data entered into the system.
- The user is obligated to maintain the confidentiality of login credentials and not share them with unauthorized parties.
3. User Responsibilities
- Obtaining the consent of customers and suppliers before sending them automated messages or notifications.
- Using the system for legitimate commercial and legal purposes only.
- Any use of the system that violates the applicable laws and regulations in the Sultanate of Oman is strictly prohibited.
4. System Services
- Managing sales flow, tracking inventory, and processing purchase orders.
- Managing invoices and customer/supplier databases.
- Extracting detailed financial, administrative, and inventory reports.
- Managing multiple branches and sending alerts (such as stock shortage alerts and invoices) via WhatsApp.
- The Company reserves the right to update or develop system services and features without prior notice.
5. Fees and Payment
- Annual subscription for the main facility: 80 OMR.
- Additional branch: 45 OMR annually per branch.
- Paid fees are non-refundable after account activation and the commencement of use.
- The Company reserves the right to adjust subscription prices in the future, provided that users are notified in advance.
6. Outages and Maintenance
- Temporary system service interruptions may occur for routine maintenance or due to emergency technical failures.
- The Company is not responsible for any direct or indirect commercial losses resulting from this downtime.
- We make every effort to restore service and stability as quickly as possible.
7. Intellectual Property
- All intellectual property rights, source codes, user interfaces, and system designs belong exclusively to FlexiHi.
- It is strictly prohibited to copy, modify, or reuse any part of the system without explicit written permission from the platform's management.
8. Limitation of Liability
- The Company is not responsible for any errors resulting from incorrect data entry by the user (such as product pricing or inventory counts).
- The Company is not liable whatsoever for any commercial or financial disputes arising between the user and their customers or suppliers.
- The system is provided "As Is" without any additional warranties other than those stated.
9. Service Termination
The Company reserves the right to suspend or cancel the user's account in the following cases:
- Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
- Misuse of the system or attempting to hack it.
- Delay or refusal to pay the due renewal fees.
10. Amendments to the Terms
- The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
- It is the user's responsibility to periodically review this page to learn of any updates.
- Your continued use of the system after any amendment constitutes your explicit acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing Law
- These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws and legislations in the Sultanate of Oman.
- In the event of any dispute, the competent courts in the Sultanate of Oman shall be the authorized judicial body to resolve it.
